Bullying

Within the last 10-15 years bullying has infiltrated the media based on the social and societal effects within schools, families, communities, the cyber world and the professional world. Many anti-bullying programs teach people to simply be nice to one-another which is not sustainable long term. Various other anti-bullying programs teach people how to structure their professional lives around this issue to stop it from occurring but this also becomes very difficult to maintain long-term due to the intense structure. EBTS’s anti-bullying programs provides knowledge that becomes part of one’s style and can be applied to any profession (teacher, school administrator, government administrator, parent, therapist, community activist, etc.) which is very sustainable longer-term.

  • Increasing awareness of all populations who are bullied and how to provide choice services to victims of bullying, the family of the victim, the bully, the family of the bully. This also includes training all individuals from all backgrounds in bullying interventions.
  • Learning how to change one’s perception from the victim to the survivor.
  • Learn how to respond to bullying as a teacher, parent, therapist, school administration, or community activist.
